Thank you @finchcoasters for tonight's Woodland 5 in #crowthorne. Great supply of cakes at the end which was much needed after 5.3 miles instead of 5!

Due to increased capacity at this year's event we still have plenty of on-the-day entries available. We have a great course for you, great trophies for the winners, loads of fabulous spot prizes and plenty of cake. See you all tonight... Register from 6:30pm, Race starts 7:30pm.

Please remember when you run your race - only drop litter near the water stations - carry it to the next one/finish area. It is a long route for us to clear up - we have to leave the route clean and tidy. We will have some wombles out but they need your help too. Thanks :-)
