It just occurred to me that many people are actually afraid to heal because their entire identity is centered around the trauma they've experienced. They have no idea who they are outside of trauma and that unknown can be terrifying.

We’re only human & we tend to feel down or upset at times. But don’t allow such feelings to interfere with how you communicate with others. It’s easy to lash out & vent your anger but learn to control yourself. It’s one of the hardest things to do. But the rewards are great!
