Cardio is great as a warmup but WEIGHTS are what will not only turn fat into muscle but will also sculpt that coke bottle shape 👙

U can shed more pounds & tone up quicker by lifting weights than by doing cardio alone. Ladies don't be afraid of weights they're ur friend
