#kingcharles my nana loved her card she received today! 💯 years old! Born in 1924 and saw WW2 in Manchester, her 2 brothers were evacuated & she spent most of her times hiding in the shelters! She worked in a cotton mill & often painted ladies legs for stockings ! Fascinating.

@GillianKeegan Of course attendance will help all those SEN students without any support in class, or help them find a school to attend once you have an EHCP, oh no this is not the type of attendance you are talking about - Go Do One Gillian , your out of a job in weeks so do something useful

Recent death / funeral , new house survey coming back with things wrong ! So may have to walk away 😭Son’s SEND needs, and fighting for the right education offer, all while staying in ED recovery .. my anxiety is horrendous 😭 struggling to function , exhausted and emotional

Funeral for my cousin (aged 23) who sadly lost his life . He had cerebral palsy and fought so hard throughout his whole entire life. His parents devoted their whole life to him and his needs. Today we celebrate the life he had and may he rest in peace 💙

So today I listened to my body. Exhausted, stressed, and overworked. I took time today. I stopped. I called in sick. I needed to do that. Having a SEND son and fighting the whole system, buying a house, a recent death, a new foster placement that is still settling,took its toll

Feel like I’ve lost myself . I’ve stopped speaking honestly and I’ve stopped reaching out . Dissociating and distracting is what I do best. Is there any real point to therapy if I can’t “do it “ properly ?

As people go back to work, students go back to school or university and life starts up after New Year, please be mindful of NOT talking about your diet plans or exercise goals because you never know how triggering this may be for those around you affected by eating disorders!

I think some of the hardest times is when you’re in ED recovery.Your mind is still constantly bullying you. Everyone thinks you’re doing ok. you can’t talk about your feelings when it relates to your ED. Never felt so alone. But because I’ve gained weight people stop checking in.

I don’t like the way clothes feel on me , I don’t like the puffy face, I don’t like this weight gain at all . I don’t want to socialise anymore 😭 I don’t want to be seen anymore 😭 I feel like I’m failing . 😭Ed recovery is so hard 😭

Dermatologist wants to start me in methotrexate- this could make me nauseous and vomit . This could potentially trigger and set my eating disorder recovery back! Feeling worried 😭wish I could tell the dermatologist my worries 😭if I feel nauseous this could lead to restricting😭

I wish I could get a miracle ! My body really doesn’t like stress ! This is agony on both feet and on my hands . @PsoriasisUK I can’t take much more of this ! Creams don’t work anymore 😭 hurts to walk 😭😭😭😭 @dermatology @HealthySkin4All can anyone help me 😭😭😭
