Any servers that were stuck 'updating' have now updated properly. We're looking into what caused some servers to get stuck, so it doesn't happen again. Please get in touch using the Get help button in the control panel if you're having any other issues.

The latest Experimental update has caused an issue with our control panel. Some servers are unavailable. We're looking into this and will give an update when we have one.

On that note, we've launched a new feature: we'll detect when your server has crashed, and auto-restart it! This is disabled by default, so check the box on your Settings page to enable it.

⚠️ Heads up: There's a current issue which is causing servers to crash after a few minutes. To work around, disable EAC in your server config (set 'EACEnabled' to 'No'), and restart. Details: 7daystodie.com/forums/showthr…

Just launched: scheduled actions! Start, restart or stop your server at set times of day or week.

Heads up, our machine with the IP address 66.70.180.16 is currently down. We're working with our service provider to get this back up ASAP. We'll be in touch via email when we have more.
