Sometimes I feel like a hypocrite for being a nurse with an ED. Like I look after others but not myself. I don’t practice what I preach.
Why does nobody tell you that your body will completely change in your mid to late 20s and keeping weight off is 10x as hard as it was when you were early 20s. I mean I guess they do but I never listened. I want my 19 year old body back so bad
