today I onboarded a new 9-5 wasn't an easy decision but I knew something must be done to make ends meet. kids have to be fed, bills gotta be paid. i still plan to continue building, using whatever time i can find. luckily my employer and family are supportive. let's go!

Habit 101 - align the new habit with your inert obsession. For me it’s a checklist. I say that I need to drink 300ml by what time and leave an empty checkbox next to it. My tinkling senses automatically remind me to do this and by the time I realize it’s already built in.
