Just hit my first weightloss goal. Round 2 starts today, aiming for the next small goal. Declaration: By my birthday I'll weigh less than I have in over a decade. By October I'll be under what I weighed 20 years ago but in much better shape.

The best Product Manager? Asks Engineers and Designers and Ops people questions. The best Designers? Don't work alone, they solve the problems in front of them while learning engineering constraints. The best Engineers think of the whole system and work in tandem.

I'm a 1x engineer. I Google how to do seemingly simple stuff daily. I experience impostor syndrome. I write code that has bugs in it. I sometimes need to read the documentation. I don't always "get it" immediately. I'm OK with this. #1xEngineer
