Big cos need to seriously rethink their customer support processes. In offline conversations with friends I often bring up that fact that the bigger the org the more difficult it become to get simple things done.

@Airtel_Presence 25 Days gone and still no connectivity. All my OTP, bank transactions are blocked. Pathetic is the term that defines @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia service/support. No wonder why they are facing such stiff competition with other providers. Shameless!
