Dropped tobacco plants off to Jennifer Funnel at North Bay Regional Health Centre, Jennifer has been doing a phenomenal at Hostipal looking after the needs of Indigenous people. @NBRHC
Over the past three years Sandy’s Closet located in Sturgeon Falls, has donated over three hundred boxes of clothing to communities across the North. The OPP Provincial Liaison Team headed by Gilles Lachance picks up the boxes to distribute to communities. Sharing your Spark.
My mom and dad, struggled with their own trauma and the community with theirs.
As the sun rises each day it reminds us that there is something that belongs to all of us.
My granddaughter Faith asked if she could go along with POP. She wanted to smudge the room before the students arrived. Our children are our medicine, sometimes you need to bring your own medicine.
We can’t rely on the victims to come up with the answers but how are you going to acknowledge Indigenous people Using what you learned today; and putting into practice; going forward in your work and daily lives.
