Baik sekian sharing dari kami mengenai 5 langkah melipatgandakan penghasilan. Anda boleh RT agr banyak pengusaha lain mendapat manfaat. :)
Ingat sekali lagi: Perubahan kecil yang anda lakukan di tiap 5 point tadi, akan berdampak sangat besar di akhir.
Maka, cash keras yang Anda dapatkan adalah sebesar: Rp 456.976.000/tahun. Dibandingkan dg 160jt, peningkatannya hampir 3x lipat.
Misal, LG = 20.000 + (30% x 20.000) = 26.000 (kira2 saja). CR menjadi 6,5%. NT anggap saja tetap 2x. AS jadi Rp520.000. PM jadi 26%.
Tp keajaiban baru dimulai sekarang.. Cb Anda tingkatkan 30% saja tiap 5 point td. Mk yg Anda dapatkan adalah peningkatan 300% Real Cash!!
Rumus lengkap= [LG x CR =NC]. [NC x NT x AS = TR]. [TR x PM = RC].
Maka Profit Margin (PM) = 20%. Kalikan Total Revenue dengan PM, didapat Real Cash (RC) = 800jt x 20% = Rp 160jt/tahun.
Sang pengusaha menghitung2, kalau omset dikurangi biaya2 spt sewa toko, gaji pegawai, listrik, dll, didapat keuntungan 20% tiap pemasukan.
Number of Customer x Number of Transaction x Average Sales = Total Revenue/Omset. Maka TR = 1000x2x400.000 = Rp 800juta/tahun.
dan tiap pembeli akan membeli furnitur, rata2 senilai Rp 400.000 saja per tahun. Maka Average (Rp) Sales = Rp 400.000
Lalu ternyata tiap pembeli itu membeli 2 furnitur (meja + kursi) per tahun. Maka Number of Transaction (NT) = 2 kali/tahun.
Number of Customer (NC) = LG x CR = 20.000 x 5% = 1000 orang pembeli per tahun.
Lalu, dalam setahun terakhir, ada 5% saja yang beli furniturnya. Maka CR = 5%.
Misal, pengunjung pameran yg dtg ke booth nya ada 10.000 org/tahun. Lalu follower nya ada 10.000 org juga. Jadi kita bs bilang, LG = 20.000
Sang pemilik mendatangi b'bagai pameran furnitur baik di dalam, maupun LN. Aktif memasarkannya di twitter, dsb. Byk org tahu ttg produknya.
Untuk lebih mudah memahaminya, saya akan beri satu contoh. Yaitu ttg sebuah toko furnitur ya.
