You don't have time to workout but you have time to complain about your physical imperfections all the time? Hm...
Increasing your fitness level/getting stronger can mean that everyday life activities will get THAT much easier. Appreciate your body.
There is a variety of food we can talk about eating to get healthy....but there is one beverage.. W A T E R!
Water bottle check!!!! (Have one at all times)
Get passed this point to really see results...
Pick out a workout schedule and stick to it!! don't let other things become more important than your health
Of course weight is relevant but don't dwell on the numbers as much. Keep your eye on the prize of health.
How many times have you said "ill start tomorrow" ?? Remove that phrase from your mind and just go NOW.
Focus on what's real and what works! Not what "feels good" at the moment!
Everyone's body is different, So different approaches may be necessary 4 the individual, but a clean diet and exercise is always necessary!!
Lots of thoughts dancing around your head at night? Make them positive? You will meet your goals, stay focused!
Planks are much more effective 4 your core & abdominal definition than crunches. Don't dwell on doing thousands of crunches, workout smart.
Even if you felt like crap your entire workout, remember: that's better than the workout that didn't happen.
How hungry are you? You should be hungry when you wake up, not waiting til noon to eat!!! Not good for your metabolism!
Even if u are not the fittest person.. be the most determined, have the most will power & be the most consistent u can be. You'll get there.
You don't have 2 starve or deprive yourself. If you work hard, you can eat cake & anything else you like in moderation. Healthy choices.
Add fresh strawberries and cucumber to a pitcher of ice water for a naturally sweet hydrating beverage!
