There is a issue with @suryaflame1 burner for a gas stove just recently brought. We have been seeking help for ticket 00016319, but response we get is "Chai gira hai".Very unprofessional customer service.Products manufactured without quality check are risk to life.
@canarabank branch mgr asked us to resubmit few documents which signifies that they were not checked when we had submitted in Dec2021. We did the rework and resubmitted the documents on 8thApr22.@RBI @lvprabhakar hoping for some good news this time!!
10 days have past, but there is no action taken by bank officials @canarabank. @RBI @lvprabhakar We want justice in this case. Father's hard earned money is not returned by bank to my needy mother..
