🤯Today we're launching go.dev, a new hub for Go developers! 📦There you'll also find pkg.go.dev, a central source of info for Go packages and modules. ➡️Read more: blog.golang.org/go.dev #golang
@golang Cool stuff! Any chance of open source for pkg.go.dev? I'd love to set something like that up for private/internal repos. Maybe even integrate it with something like Athens.
@golang It would be great if you let subdomain's for developers xyz.go.dev similar to xyz.js.org #golang
@golang This is super cool, the package searching and import graphs are fun to look through. Excited to see this grow over time.
@golang @joncalhoun So much proud...Thanks Gopher Gods
@golang Does pkg.go.dev exposes (or plans to expose) an API?
@golang Not able to detected ISC licence, therefore some funtionaliy restricted. 😪
@golang Very nice :) Here is the Firebird golang driver overview pkg.go.dev/github.com/nak… #golang #firebird #sql
@golang Is pkg.go.dev official version of all packages? Where does that leave godoc.org? Was godoc.org not official?
@golang It's not clear how one registers a package or how pkg.go.dev finds them. Several new-ish and several niche packages seem to be missing with no way to add. Is there some documentation or page I missed? It seems totally absent from the site; an opaque process.
@golang Is there a way to publish packages directly to pkg.go.dev ? Also, are there plans to categorize packages based on their primary utility?
@golang Is the code open source for this like godoc? I tried to find it on GitHub but I don't see it.
@golang Is there a badge library à la shields.io to use in my README.md to replace my godoc.org badges?
