It’s been more than 24hours and no one from @Uber has been I. Touch with me to find my lost item. I understand that I am in a “que” but my bigger issue is that I have updates my phone number in the app and o am still unable to make contact with my driver

It doesn’t make sense to me that I am unable to teach the driver after following all these steps. @Uber This is a terrible customer service experience I am currently having. The driver confirmed my items and now I am unable to reach him.

I still am unable to reach my driver to retrieve my wallet and ID card holder. @Uber I’m continuing to receive the same messsge when I dial the uber number 929-416-4875 to reach the driver My phone number has been updated onthe application and still no resolve

3 hours later & im still unable to contact the driver about my lost item. Tho should not be so complex. My phone number on my account is updated. I’m unsure why I am still unable to call. My caller id isn’t off on my device. Make it make sense. @Uber
