📢 Today we’re launching the Google Search Console URL Inspection API, a new way for developers & SEOs to debug and optimize their pages 🔎 developers.google.com/search/blog/20…
@googlesearchc @JohnMu @danielwaisberg The quota for the API is counted per website property. When I have example.com/abc/ and example.com/xyz/ in my SC, is their quota counted separately? Or is it summed up because technically the two properties belong to the same site?
@googlesearchc Awesome work. Also looks like your official Golang API isn't updated, yet. cc: @danielwaisberg github.com/googleapis/goo…
@googlesearchc Thanks for this - super helpful for understanding technical issues that aren't easily detected
@googlesearchc Hmmm @contentking another one for the backlog
@googlesearchc Might be handy to check pages for 'Crawled, not indexed' and adding links to those pages higher in your hierarchy.
@googlesearchc Teach us how to implement it “ the new api for dummies”
@googlesearchc Matt Cutts once said "make pages for people, not for search engines". It seems that this is no longer true. SEO tools built into a search engine itself... just WOW :/
@googlesearchc AMAZING! 💓 @danielwaisberg Search console team, you've made my month! Biggest improvement to SC since sliced bread!
@googlesearchc SEOs who previously struggled to get access to their log files, when they hear this! Best update ever!!
@googlesearchc The link on that page ( developers.google.com/webmaster-tool… ) gives me a 404...
@googlesearchc Bonjour @Oncrawl, another one for the backlog 😉😀
@googlesearchc + any chance to standardize/normalize the result of the field "coverageState" ? It's currently f(language)
@googlesearchc Translating : you can now programmatically query and explore unreliable and inaccurate data.
@googlesearchc This is awesome. Cant wait to have a play with this! 😀 Thanks @googlesearchc team ❤
@googlesearchc that's great 👏 is there a way to also query for this aggregated data? 📊
@googlesearchc Thank you for this much needed info! I have a few questions, here's the first one: To probe URLs, do you need to be authenticated as a GSC property user? And if so, will giving access to third parties providers give access to search/performance data on the accts? @danielwaisberg
@googlesearchc Awesome! This is a game changer! I hope they can increase the daily usage limits tho
@googlesearchc Let's get our hand on it
