I put an AirTag in my cat’s collar to see how far he goes. It’s really incredible today he set a PR of 1 mile from our house. I was a bit nervous because his previous record was 0.5 miles but he’s heading back using some form of Kitty GPS, 🐈 🤯 .

UX has a bigger impact on startups and founder success than anything other than team. Companies that nail a user experience win customers, sales, conversions, referrals, retention, and customer acquisition. The fact that most investors ignore this is to their peril.

Many may have missed this but Apple has awesome innovations on Ai. Adapters are small collections of model weights that are overlaid onto the common base foundation model.

Apple announced built in AI. They are locked in for 18 months. Savvy founders are reading the docs to find the platform opportunities. Applications that federate this to windows and enterprise will be compelling.

Apple's WWDC - lots of good stuff but generally I feel it's mostly Ok, not Wow. Siri is better but only a bit. UX of the interface is better but it feels like it's more features that solve secondary problems, not core rethinking of the OS.
