Below, the number of DEVELOPED countries with a policy rate > US. 0 for the last 13 mos, longest streak in 65 yrs. Also the 1st time since Dec82 (37 yrs) the US has been the highest rate. We are too high vs everyone else. Need global policy coordination, world forcing us lower
