A whopping 95,342 people signed @WildlifeTrusts petition against the use of neonicotinoids. This is great news but @DefraGovUK haven't ruled out authorising use in future, so we need to continue to raise awareness about the issue of pesticides. #beethechange #Pesticidefree

It's #WordWednesday Today's #environmental term is... Green New Deal. It is a very ambitious (though possible) proposed plan to fight inequity & tackle #climatechange. It would be a huge transition & mean more vulnerable populations would benefit from the #greeneconomy.

#DishaRavi, one of the founders of Fridays For Future India, was arrested on 14th February for sharing a document written by @GretaThunberg on the #FarmersProtests in #India. She was arrested for 'objectionable content'. Outrage has been expressed across the globe.
