@ItsBrockLanders @AskPlayStation @PlayStation I have this same exact problem. The Sony support phone number line is shut down and there is no live chat option on the PlayStation support page. That is unacceptable.

@AskPlayStation There is no error message. It runs through the process of letting you sign in, and then immediately signs you out after returning you to the previous screen.

@AskPlayStation can anyone please explain why I'm trying to sign in, and getting automatically signed right back out? None of my friends are having this issue, and my little brother is in the next room on a separate console, and doesn't have this issue. Wtf Sony.
