That’s the call. Ban them. Next fall. Everywhere in Ontario. Teachers too. Yondr pouches. Google it. Spend the $, school boards. You spend $ now on far less consequential things than our kids’ well-being.

@gregbradyTO RW talk show host ripping school boards. Lecce and Ford? -- not in his job description.
@gregbradyTO Bring pagers back for emergency that’s all they need !
@gregbradyTO Agree and have education stick to the fundamentals, none of this advocacy or social justice stuff that’s being forced into them.
@gregbradyTO So Greg, any reason you don't put the onus and responsibility on parents to take the cell phone away? They buy it, they pay the bills so have mom and dad take it away before Jr leaves for the school day. Why do teachers have to spend time and energy on this?
@gregbradyTO Pouches aren’t required. It’s simple - put your phone in the box upon entering the classroom.
@gregbradyTO I know of Toronto based private schools that are putting those in place for next year
@gregbradyTO If I felt my kids were remotely safe at school I would 100% agree. Unfortunately, it has again and again, injury after injury, now abundatnly evident they are not physically safe at school. I'm okay with cell phones being banned as long as body cams, or audio only are allowed.
