I am excited to share a new study led by Shachar Givon & @MatanSamina w/ Ohad Ben Shahar: Goldfish can learn to navigate a small robotic vehicle on land. We trained goldfish to drive a wheeled platform that reacts to the fish’s movement (authors.elsevier.com/a/1eEnubrwfBCwg).

(1/9) Unlike physical buildings virtual architecture isn't necessarily bound by Euclidean geometry. This is also something which is discussed by Daniela Bertol in her 1997 book "Designing Digital Space - An Architect's Guide to Virtual Reality".

Today's the 30-year anniversary of The Chevette Project debevec.org/Chevette/ , when I shot the photos to make a textured 3D model of my car with photogrammetry. This set the stage for my UC Berkeley PhD, "Modeling and Rendering Architecture from Photographs."
