In the wrong line. The tall guy letting people on sent us (including my 8 year old boy) to the back of the line in the pouring rain and was rude to my wife blaming her. I asked him to apologise for how he spoke to my wife and he refused to apologise. How poor. Avoid @TheRideNYC
