I’ve been in recovery for 3 years. I’ve been actively trying not to diet or focus on losing weight. I haven’t gone on a treadmill months. in I haven’t weighed myself over a year. I did today. 155. Lowest I’ve been since I was 14. Hmu if you want to talk.

Recovery is weird because success feels like failure and failure like success
Just to clarify, all the stuff I'm saying isn't to delegitimize other EDs, I'm just pointing out problems spacific to ESNOS.
Also, people don't know what EDNOS is, so it's even easier to just brush it off than ever.
EDNOS Suck because you get all the pain of an ed, but no one notices because you still look the same, because you(meaning me) are a failure
I Just realized that it's reached a point where I just dont eat out of habit now. It's harder to eat than not. Except for binges of course.
Do you ever realize, wow, I've eaten less than 300 in the last 48 hours but you don't know if it's a good thing or a bad thing
Living is hard and I am proud and genuinely happy that you're still doing it. Good job
My consciousness in my body is a prison of the most isolating variety
I am constantly so conscious of the fat around me. trapping me, suffocating me, imprisoning me
