More awful customer service from @HSBC_UK: pensioner waiting 1 hour 40 mins to hear from someone about unlawful use of his OLD debit card using @GooglePay, which you know was with an old card & security number, and you're not returning all his money! Why do you make it so hard?!

Communication with @NHGhousing has taken another massive backward step as they refuse to take messages at @talktoNHG from customers on X unless they're verified! They want to make it SO difficult for tenants to contact them so they can absolve themselves of dealing with issues.

Never has there been a greater misnomer @Support - your support is distinctly lacking, wrongly locking accounts automatically based on wrong info, and no possibility of unlocking it because your support pages are useless, with links in emails and support pages that don't work!
