took my first dose of mirtazapine last night and I was ok waking up this morning!!!!! fell asleep quite quickly which doesn’t happen often and the only thing I’ve noticed this morning is that my head feels just a little sore

18k steps today also because I walked to and from my nail appointment, to and from my eyebrow and facial wax appointment, and to and from the train station when I went to a quick trip into town to get last minute anniversary gifts and a card for my partner

haven’t weighed since friday and I do not plan on doing so until Tuesday!!!! just making sure I’m back on my steps and eating as well as I know I can day to day. saving cheat meals for dates and not just “because I feel like it”

ate 2 avocado protein toast [half an avo] and 200g berries earlier and I’m still hungry but I’m going out for an early dinner later :/ will just buy and take lax. I’m very backed up and in pain, not for weight loss purposes. I just want to be comfortable and confident again
