For HS team sport athletes, run track. Why? Anyone can get big. Speed is what separates playmakers on the field. Colleges often look for speed over strength/size. Why? They know they can always add strength. What is much more difficult, especially as we age, adding speed.

Abby Steiner is further proof of what every coach already knows: that every high-level short sprinter can (and SHOULD) be an invaluable member of that team's 4x4. Short sprinters who think you can't run that 400: your mindset is your only limitation!

88.9% of 2022 NFL Draft picks were multi-sport athletes in high school 68.7% participated in Track & Field 43.1% were 3+ sport athletes in high school 11% only played football. Be the type of athlete that sharpens skill across multiple domains. Compete everywhere & always.
