Many people aren’t investing due to: ✅ Lack of knowledge ✅ Debt ✅ Lack of Budget Many times the bottom line is MONEY If you have no MONEY left after your basic needs then you simply can’t invest. This is when budgeting becomes important and living below your means

I don’t know who needs to hear this.. When you have a BUDGET, it should not restrict you from spending on the things you love and enjoy A budget allows you to do all the things you love Yes! You can set a specific dollar amount to eat out that way you don’t feel guilty

If you started investing in 2020 your portfolio is most likely bleeding right now. This isn’t time to PANIC and SELL If you have cash you can load up. Sometimes the best thing to do is NOTHING. Long term investing is key. The market always bounces back. Happy investing‼️

In 2021, we refinanced our mortgage. It decreased our payment by $300 We decided to invest the $300 every month The math made so much sense then and NOW. People like the idea of paying mortgage faster but there are many factors to consider Swipe left for our returns so far
