Ontario’s system of filing offers is interesting 🤔 however that market remains hot. Not sure if transparency will fix the problem it’s trying to address. It seems beneficial overall for buyers, but we should be able to trust our realtors.

Downzoning private properties? We may need more rental properties but isn’t there another way to bring more to your city? Encourage developers to build rentals rather than dezone existing privately held land.
