In good restaurants, discounts like the #EatOutToHelpOut attract the worst kind of glass-of-tap-water-and-I’m-not-paying-the-service-charge customers and they rarely come back except for another deal. They’re a windfall for the chains though and lots of job to protect there.

Maybe I’m missing something but.. McDonald’s employs 120,000 people in the UK. That means they’re now entitled to up to £120 million of taxpayer cash to keep all those people in work that they were going to keep in work anyway. WTAF..?! 🧐
