Good thread. Browser based apps would have the biggest transition IMO as they are often not designed for touch.

4/ What remains to be seen is if Google's support of Android apps on Chromebbook and rumors of macOS supporting iOS apps in the future will simplify Enterprise Apps portfolio or create more badly designed cross-platform apps.

2/ As someone responsible for delivering mobile apps in an Enterprise, I would certainly agree that When to spend resources to a native mobile app vs a responsive web app is a constant topic of discussion in IT shops.
