Want to know why GPs are worried about pharmacists managing ears? One of these needs antibiotics, one is cancer. Confident you could tell which is which? Can the pharmacist? This is why we think our trainees need 11 years to tell these things apart. Over confidence is dangerous

I’ve been thinking about the ‘doctors defraud Medicare’ piece for hours. It’s my considered view that it’s a shitty piece of investigation. Not because doctors don’t defraud Medicare - a minority do; this is abhorrent. But because most of what’s in the piece isn’t fraud.👇🏽

Just remember au pairs got a better outcome than #hometobilo family when they were detained in detention and Dutton granted them an actual visa on basis that he believed met public interest criteria. This is the same power Hawke has to today that he refuses to use. Take that in.
