Again asleep, b/t his two main lawyers. In other cases, even w/ big-shot D's, the lawyers would rouse their clients. Not here. A distinctive feature of trial among other "trials of century" and big trials I've seen or been involved w/, is lawyers' essential fear of client.
@harrylitman And to think there's still people out there who want this in the Oval Office.
@harrylitman SMH. Fear of what, exactly ? Being yelled at? Being fired? Everyone knows - or should know - that he’s a physical coward. All bark and no bite.
@harrylitman I just do not understand people fearing him. He’s pathetic. Nothing about him would scare me.
@harrylitman Harry you one of those weird midnight zoom callers with Seltsan figuring out how to take Trump down???
@harrylitman What Todd Blanche would like to do:
@harrylitman Fear of client may breed a weakened ability. This becomes an insuperable hurdle. His chief counsel looks so powerless having to stand next to DJT during his end of day rambling in the hall.
@harrylitman Should lawyers be afraid of their client? I’m not familiar with these dynamics, but it didn’t seem the case in even the Bonanno or Cammisano trials.
