When working across multiple timezones, Use the following format for communicating time, it avoids a lot of confusion. HH:MM( +/- HH:MM UTC) HH = Hours in 24hr format MM = Minutes +/- HH:MM UTC = Timezone info (for ex. +05:30 UTC in case of IST)

Basically, there are two paradigms to concurrency in programming languages one is an async/await model like Python asyncio, JS async-await etc. the other one is fork-join style for example pThreads in C/C++, Python gevent, Go routines etc.
