This shows how @airtelindia is serious about their customers. More than 15 days past but not even I a single call recieved for my complaint. Going to port my number for sure this time and suggest everyone to port as well, this insensitive telecom company.

I am stuck in my hometown Kanpur (UP) since last 2 months and using @Airtel_Presence in roaming. I am extremely disappointed with their services, they even not be able to provide 2G speed here. This is forcing me to port my postpaid number to any other company. #pathetic

I was 6th number caller at 8th min of call but after that I didn't get connected to customer care after waiting for almost 15 more min for @ICICIBank_Care credit card related issue. This is showing that how pathetic customer's service they have for their customers.@ICICIBank

Travelled 3 days back by vande Bharat ndls-cnb but the breakfast was so pathetic I ever had before in that train. Indian railways' food getting worse day by day. Need ur attention in that @RailMinIndia @IRCTCofficial . In Initial days food was good but not now. Pnr2104858262
