Leonardo Schwarz and Antje Dittmann were just at the #SpatialOmics24 conf @VIBtechnologies They presented a poster on how to Enhance #MassSpecImaging Accuracy With the @BodenmillerLab @uzh_microscopy and @BrukerMassSpec we make progresses toward MALDI-HiPLEX-IHC MS imaging
Last week I had a wonderful time at the #SpatialOmics24 conferences in Ghent, with 2 days full of inspiring talks and mind-blowing advancements in the field of spatial biology and technologies. Also very thankful to the organizers for the oppurtunity to present our latest work.
⏪We had a blast at the first edition of #SpatialOmics24 last week. And thankfully, we weren't the only ones. You can find the impressions of our conference reporters, OC members and photographer here: vibbio.tech/3XmMTNK
Delighted to participate in #SpatialOmics24. Thanks to the organizing committee for providing an opportunity to share my research on stage and as well as via poster. #Metabolomics #MALDIMSI #Cancerbiology @VIBConferences @isas_Leibniz
Also the last day of the #SpatialOmics24 conference was full of great talks. Going from using isotopes to uncover metabolic pathways typical for each tissue (by Shawn Davidson), to MSI for direct (pre-)clinical application and investigation of new therapeutics (by Nathalie Agar).
We had a great time at #SpatialOmics24 in Ghent. Our CSO & SVP of Applications Shawn Levy shared integrated and #genomic profiling for #precisionbiology on the #AVITI24 platform. Thanks to @VIBconferences and everyone who joined us at this fantastic event! @VIBConferences
Hello from Ghent! @VIBFlowCoreGT #SpatialOmics24 is all about, you guessed it, #spatialbiology… and all of the latest spatial technologies that allow researchers to accurately map the role of #singlecells, which in turn, can help predict disease outcomes or immune response...
Still shaking a little bit as the award for the best poster at the #VIB's #spatialomics24 was such sudden news! Thank you everyone for showing interest in my research at the conference, and deepest gratitude to my colleagues at Movahedi's lab!
🚀2 days have flown by! Thank you all for making #spatialomics24 such a success. Your participation & ideas have created an inspiring event. We hope you're excited to return to your labs to continue advancing the field of #spatialomics! Safe travels & we hope to see you soon. 👋
#SpatialOmics24 is almost over, but not before awarding the @MolSystBiol poster prize ... And the 🏆winner is Vladislav Vlasov of the @MovahediTeam lab at @VUBrussel / @InflamResCen! He presented a new pipeline designed to address challenges in spatial #proteomics imaging.
Was super glad to present at #SpatialOmics24! Conference was awesome, many cool talks. The next main direction in this area seems to be spatial proteomics. Btw, benefit of CNV calling from snATAC as we demonstrated in our study was confirmed in several other presented projects :)
It's a wrap! Finishing with "the legend" in proteomics @labs_mann Showing some crazy deep visual proteomics! It takes a village... #SpatialOmics24
