#GHz_bands over weekend in Poland 🇵🇱
Fun day operating as M0HNA/P in the @UKGHZ 2320 and 2300 MHz low band session as well as a dip into the RSGB 10GHz Trophy contest. 445km on 2.3 GHz and 335km on 10GHz as best. #ghz_bands
Patchwork fun with a “Franco” SU-02 10GHz PCB. The pieces now all fit together nicely in the enclosure and the PSU still works. Now to see if I can get the rest of it working again without any devices letting the magic smoke out. 🤞 Fun on the #GHz_Bands

Finally 3.4GHz TVTR on test. 20W out no problem. Just need some labels to remember what goes where then out for a field trial if I can find another human to work! #ghz_bands
@w3ipa Below parts od my portable #10GHz set-up. LNA was crucial to sensitivity. TX power is not that very important.. #GHz_Bands
@w3ipa Please consider adding single stage LNA this will improve Your RX part. This TRNSV is not that sensitive #10GHz #GHz_bands
A different site again for M0HNA/P and the 2nd UKuG 1.3/2.3/3.4 GHz session. Worth shifting the station around the Butser Hill car park to get better sigs to the north. Mostly usual suspects on 13cm but good to work G1YFG for the first time. #ghz_bands
A new dxcc on 23cm. I guess fairly rare on any band. VK0DS, Antarctica. Moon low here, touch and go and he's just started to decide regularly. He 2.4m dish linear pol and 70w. #GHz_bands #rsgb
All the main modules of my 10GHz QRP TVTR are complete. RX and TX sections have been tested. Now to fit it all in the box, add sequencer, relays etc while leaving space for a small add on “Franco PA”. Space & interconnect cables are going to be a bit of a challenge. #GHz_Bands
Black magic to create new 47GHz devices 😇😇 #GHz_bands #hamradio #hamr
