You don't have to figure it all out before you move. Be confident with what you currently have, continue to learn while moving forward no matter how difficult things get. Teach yourself to adapt quickly rather than constantly try to predict the future.

Don't wait for someone to help you. Save yourself. Learn things on your own. Work hard on new skills. Figure out why you are struggling, find solutions. Other people will or will not join you along the way, but you are moving forward regardless.
