이전 회사에서 리드를 하며 '테크 스케치'를 적게 했다. 테크 스펙보다는 가볍게 어떤 작업을 할지 적고 서로 읽었다. 혹은 코드 조각을 끄적여 팀 채널에 올려 의견을 구해보기도 했다. 이것마저 여의치 않다면 옆에 앉아서 10분 정도 어떻게 할지 이야기를 했던 기억이 난다.

my opinion: do not make an "English" name. name is not just a thing; it defines 1) who you are and 2) what identity you want to be remembered by others. I'll keep my original name, Chanhee. (btw, you can pronounce it like Johny or Charlie)
