@akhilpachori SC ST में पहले पकड़ो फिर investigation करो। इसका गलत use हो रहा है। लेकिन ICAI अपने members की कोई help नहीं कर रहा है, bar council अपने एडवोकेट्स के लिए बहुत help करते हैं। ICAI में बैठे लोगों को इस तरफ ध्यान देना चाहिए।

But, when the client reassigns the form there is an error "Please select correct filling of Return." i.e. Original / Revised. When we select the original there is the same error occurred. But, how can we select the revised one as there is no such form filed for the AY 2021-22.

Accordingly, the taxpayers under composition scheme are also not required to file annual return in Form GSTR 9A for FY 20-21.

On One Side NEW IT Portal not working Properly and @IncomeTaxIndia expect from Assessee to Pay & File ITR within due dates. Who is responsible for such delay as the ultimate "Burden of proof is on Assessee" even if Department is wrong Assess has to prove that it is Wrong.

Clients should approach @theicai for professional services . ICAI should allot that work to CAs . Quotation and Collection of Fees should be done by ICAI. For this ICAI can deduct some amount for their work.
