पंजाब के लोगों की बिजली फ़्री करने का पूरा साल का खर्च निकल आया। ये पार्टियाँ और नेता पूछ रहे थे कि पैसा कहाँ से आयेगा, सरकार घाटे में चली जाएगी। ईमानदारी से काम करो तो पैसे की कमी नहीं होती। सरकारें भ्रष्टाचार करने से घाटे में जाती हैं, जनता को सुविधाएँ देने से नहीं।
