Not only this the quality is extremely poor, the bag cant support weight of even a few items. The handles are loose and what else to tell about it. Tried to take help from customer support but as i mentioned they are just ill-responding.

Finally the truth is out !! Indimart had admitted that there was some trouble going on with my account and some false transactions were made of approx amount 63 lakhs which is really huge for anyone. They have even unbanned my account. But still my question continues next tweet:

Isn't this should be responsibility of every company's customer care to took of their users and help them in such situations where Indiamart was reacting very opposite to what it should be. Traumatizing me for the incident and putting the blame upon me.

This incident which just happened with me is not just about one scam it is concerning for every individuals online security," where everything is going digital" on the other side such things are taking place even customer care is mentally harassing their users.
