Too old, tired and grumpy for change. Following a recent iOS update, all menu bars seem to have swapped top to bottom or vice versa depending on original placement. Is there anyway to just make them go back?

What is the point, @YodelOnline , of asking with whom NOT to leave a delivery if that’s exactly who you then deliver to, even after I’d stated another, suitable neighbour, who was in all day. Making an unsteady & frail 86yo get up to deal with two large suitcase boxes is v v bad.
