@hmvUKHelp @hmvtweets Won't be bothering with HMV anymore, like most people have said, to slash the value our previously earned points seems to tarnish the word "loyalty" before the app even begins to work..used to love HMV but in all honesty I think this will be your final Christmas if this continues
@hmvUKHelp I think the fact we're getting anything at all should be welcomed, not criticised! Sunrise Records have no obligation to honour "rewards" earned under the old HMV organisation ... the fact they are doing so is actually extremely decent of them!
@hmvUKHelp I've been trying since yesterday afternoon and still nothing. Can't be that "high traffic" surely! I've tried so many times it's becoming a joke. I get to the verification page, but have Never got any email. Yes, I've checked my spam. Just reinstate my pure card! Simple.

@hmvUKHelp Tried for several days to log in using the code sent by email but keep receiving the same ridiculous message about volume of traffic. Now I see the points are actually pretty much worthless anyway. Back to Amazon. Cheers.

@hmvUKHelp I am still not receiving my verification code. I havenāt been able to use my card for purchases and when I asked about using my card with a member of staff in Kings Lynn I was greeted with snotty comments by a staff member.
