HTA 75's first adventure to St. Lawrence Market on July 5th was a hit! 😍 Culinary training participants teamed up with our instructors, interacted with vendors, hunted for ingredients, and enjoyed hands-on learning. See the pics for the highlights of our delicious day!
At the start of this month, we began Culinary Training Cohort #3 at the HTA 75 office. It was a day of introductions, inspiration, and technical training for our new group of culinary enthusiasts. Congratulations to all the participants as they embark on this journey!
Last week, we completed our first Service Recovery Training. Participants learned to resolve complaints and turn challenges into opportunities for positive outcomes, deepening customer loyalty. Congratulations to all who participated! 🎉

On June 7th, we attended the Youth Job Fair at Lawrence Heights Community Centre and met with young people to discuss career opportunities in the hospitality industry. We were also invited by the Chelsea Hotel, Toronto to participate in their Wellness Fair on June 18th.
