Teaching PE in primary schools is like serving broccoli to kids. It's not about the broccoli itself—it's about how you present it. Make it fun, colorful, and approachable, and watch them discover how much they actually enjoy it. PE, like broccoli, doesn’t have to be boring!!!

I can finally put full weight on my leg — first time in nearly 3 years. Still stiff, still swollen, but I’m walking. Parkour’s back yet, but movement finds a way. Rehab is PE.

This week, Grade 3 students completed their parkour assessments: 1️⃣ Freestyle: Creative routes with a focus on technique and safety. Impressive performances! 2️⃣ Speed: Students aimed to beat their best times, showing great improvement and efficiency. @Parkour4Schools

In my Grade 3s speed parkour/ninja warrior unit, students pushed their limits, built agility, resilience&teamwork skills as they tackled obstacles. This wasn’t about speed but growing confidence and problem solving skills. Some of the skills featured in my upcoming manual 😉
