Completely unacceptable! I have been waiting for my replacement Dyson for OVER 3 months. Every time I call or reach @AskDyson agent I get another reference number and another case id with the promise it will be shipped out. I have spoken to over a DOZEN different agents NOW!

THIS WAS SENT TO ME OVER A MONTH AGO! HAVE SPOKEN TO DOZENS OF AGENTS @Dyson @AskDyson ALL GIVING ME THE SAME RUN AROUND. HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR MY REPLACEMENT MACHINE SINCE 10/24/23 THIS WAS ALL DUE TO A SAFETY RECALL. THATS RIGHT A SAFETY RECALL MACHINE !!!!

The worst customer service ever: @Dyson @AskDyson Dozens of calls, emails and messages. to get my replacement unit (sent to them 10/24/23). Almost 3 months later and no machine. Shame on you!

Shipped my machine back on the 24th of October. No resolution after several phone calls. No response back through DM or emails. YOU HAVE MY MACHINE AND ARE NOT SENDING ME REPLACEMENT THEN SEND ME MY MACHINE BACK!! BEEN A MONTH AND A HALF!! UNACCEPTABLE!! @AskDyson @Dyson
