Hi @myntraSupport @myntra I ordered a product that is now marked as delivered, but I never received it. The delivery agent did not call me even once, and the address provided was my office where no one accepted it. I’ve been a loyal customer, but this is disappointing.

19th May - my @myvoltas AC has been non-functional despite multiple technician visits, no one could identify the fault. Yesterday, I was informed about the compressor failure and promised a replacement today. Today, the executive says I must wait another 7 days. I want action..
