using Nvim feels 4x better with these config changes: - autosave (no more :write) - auto :lcd to :terminal CWD (:h terminal-osc7) - "[[" jump to previous shell prompt (:h shell-prompt) - no more press-enter (":h vim._extui" Nvim 0.12)
