@oojo @iammalikasharma @lotpolishRBLX I appreciate quick reply from Oojo and they agreed to refund the amount after deducting the processing fee and it will take 2 months to get the refund which is a very long time. Would appreciate if you can process it ASAP.

@PrinceBhola1912 @oojo @oojo While booking the ticket we pay the amount upfront and for refund this thing going on for very long time. This is harassment.

Now the indigo staff is saying that we need to pick it from New Delhi airport as it was our fault that we left the stroller behind. Or else pay for the delivery. I want to know how is it my fault and why should I pay for the delivery. Train your staff please

@aaigoaairport @IndiGo6E Travel date 14 June goa to New Delhi flight no 6E 2119 On the instructions of indigo staff deposited the baby stroller at the security check and was told that we will get the stroller once we land in New Delhi. After landing stroller was missing.
